As a registered dietitian, certified
diabetes educator with certifications in lifestyle counseling and weight
management from the American Dietetic Association, I can help you reach your
health goals. I combine the low carbohydrate way of eating for life with
fundamental principles of conventional and integrative science to provide well
rounded care on your journey to obtain a healthy weight and optimal wellness. I
am a health coach and empower you with the resources that can easily improve
your lifestyle and assist you in communicating with your doctor and any other
healthcare person.
A low carbohydrate diet should be a
nutritional tool that provides:
- A variety of delicious foods
- Safe and effective weight loss
- Improved energy levels
- Better health
- Less need for or a complete
elimination of medications (such as diabetes, blood pressure, diet related
headaches and gas/bloating, sleep, pain…)

*Appointments: An initial
appointment is 60 minutes; follow-ups are 30-45 minutes and typically are booked
in 3 session packages.
You will complete a health survey
and send me any relevant medical information like blood results or a lifestyle
journal so we have a detailed baseline to work with the minute we start.
Keeping a 2-3 day journal (more days
are good too!) of food, exercise or anything you believe will help us tackle
your issue(s) is a tremendous help for me to get to know you better.
